Governance

The CCMM is a Limited company by guarantee and is run as a non-profit organisation, funded by membership fees that are used to deliver benefits back to members. Activities of the CCMM are planned and delivered by a Management Committee of members, comprising mineral owners, explorers and operators based in Cornwall and Devon. The CCMM is governed by a Board of Directors who are bound by the Articles of Association and vote on strategic decisions.

Through its members and affiliates the CCMM also has access to a significant network of experienced specialists. Legal experts and key industry stakeholders. The CCMM has close working links with Cornwall Council Mineral Planning Authority and is a respected voice for the industry.
